About Us
New Beginnings in Serenity LLC operates multiple programs separately under the same organization.
Our Independent Living Housing Program provides a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for individuals who need affordable housing and a stable path toward independence. Our Placement & Referral Program operate strictly as a third-party referral service and is committed to connecting qualified individuals to supportive housing, group homes, mother-and-child housing, and re-entry programs, while supporting our partner providers with streamlined referrals.
New Beginnings in Serenity LLC is more than just a Housing and Referral Program. We are a community committed to helping individuals find their footing and build a stable, independent future. Our program is comprised of experienced and caring individuals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to the individuals and families we service. We are a dedicated team that assists with supportive services to ensure the well-being and success for all parties.

We offer Housing Stability Support, Life Skills Development, Emotional & Mental Wellness, Legal & Life Admin Support.
We encourage participants to support one another, fostering a strong community spirit.
Placement & Referral
Housing intake screening and eligibility review—Matching clients with appropriate independent living homes—Placement coordination between client and housing provider—Assistance securing available private or shared rooms—Referral partnerships with independent housing providers—Housing navigation for individuals exiting homelessness—Coordination with referral agencies, employers, and community partners
Additional Support Services:
Referrals to food pantries, employment support, transportation, and community resources—Guidance on housing expectations and rules prior to placement—Support during the transition into housing
